The Tory/Lib Dem councillors controlling Leeds City Council have failed to fund the Proof of Age scheme, which helps to stop underage children buying alchohol and cigarettes.
Underage drinking doesn’t just harm those children that are boozing but also makes life a misery for local people who have to put up with noise, broken glass and mess.
